Alex Pisha

Alex Pisha graduated from The Ohio State University with a Master of Landscape Architecture and a Master of City and Regional Planning. Alex previously earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee. His experience working in design firms in Germany and field work in Kraków and Rome has intensified his interest in sites composed of obscured cultural and ecological histories which present opportunities to reveal layers of cultural, social, and environmental conditions. Previously at Implement Studio, his projects ranged in focus from playground design, historic park restoration, to future development, all of which received awards from the ASLA. He is project designer for the Storm King Art Center, Brown University’s Watson Institute and Wilson Hall, and a residence in Hanover, New Hampshire.
