Cathy McDonough

With a strong intuition for the financial life cycle of projects, Cathy’s commitment to excellence brings order to the demanding nature of the business. She grew up in rural Moscow, Pennsylvania, playing sports and building forts with her older brothers in the back yard. Naturally in tune with numbers, Cathy discovered an interest in accounting while studying at Keystone College and went on to earn an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She worked for Sasaki Associates before joining Reed Hilderbrand in 2011 as the firm’s accountant. She became a Director in 2015, overseeing the financial strategy of the firm, and recently assumed a broad range of human resources responsibilities. Outside of work, she loves to hike and spend time with her family.
