Tamara Taylor

Office Manager

Tamara oversees the day-to-day operations of the office and ensures a pleasant and efficient work environment for all. Based in Cambridge, she is the point person for any immediate issues regarding building maintenance, phones systems, equipment/furniture repair, and purchasing. Tamara also manages relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management; coordinates small and large events; manages the archives and extensive libraries; and partners with HR and the hiring team, from processing applications to new hire orientation.

Tamara came to Reed Hilderbrand in 2005 with 20 years of administrative and management experience in the real estate, veterinary, and music industry. Her tenure with the practice has seen a small Watertown office of two-dozen employees nearly triple in size and establish a second studio in New Haven. Raised in Massachusetts, Tamara is especially fond of Reed Hilderbrand’s work at Half Mile Line, a residence surrounded by woodlands. After spending many years in Atlanta and Los Angeles, she is happy to call New England home. She is a lover of the seasons —autumn, especially—and enjoys the arts, gardening, and house renovation.
