Elizabeth Randall

ASLA

Elizabeth (EB) is a Principal at Reed Hilderbrand. She is fascinated by the ability of cultural and natural history to inform a site’s contemporary use, interpretation, and transformation. EB’s skill in the resolution of large conceptual ideas into tangible, elegant details has shaped the design and construction of award-winning projects across a range of scales and settings. Her project work includes the Clark Art Institute, Boston’s Pier 4, Water Street Tampa, a 53-acre urban district in Florida, as well as several private residences. Most recently she has managed site design for a number of capital projects at Massachusetts Institute of Technology; shaped public realm design for portions of Harvard University’s Allston Campus; and led the site design at the new Perry Center for Native American Art at Shelburne Museum in Vermont.

EB has taught and been a guest critic at several institutions and has presented on the firm’s work at national forums and conferences, including the American Society of Landscape Architects, Florida ASLA, the Mid-Atlantic Association of Museums, and the Urban Design Forum. She graduated from Yale College with a Bachelor’s degree in art history and holds a Master’s degree, with distinction, from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
